Edible Hanaho
Hanaho is an essential herb used in Japanese cuisine. The flowers have a vegetal taste when compared to the minty cinnamon like flavour of the leaves.
They can be used as a garnish for separating different sashimi/sushi, as a flavouring to a soy sauce, or they can be consumed as is. These flowers pair great with fatty fish such as Bluefin or Salmon.
