Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are FINAL, and we cannot accommodate returns. Jfoodie.ca is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from improper handling of the products after delivery. Most of our items are highly perishable, and the packaging is designed to maintain product integrity for up to 12 hours.
Refunds are only issued if the delivered product is defective or if an incorrect item is received. We are unable to process exchanges for any other reasons.
