Product description
How to Cook

Sashimi-grade and prepared for raw preparations, this fillet is ideal for sushi, sashimi, poke bowls, and other raw seafood delicacies. Each fillet is hand-cut the same day it’s processed and delivered in a cold-chain package to preserve peak texture, moisture, and flavor.

What sets this salmon apart

  • Sashimi-grade with HACCP safety standard: Safe for raw consumption when handled with clean preparation and proper cold-chain storage.
  • Same-day hand-cut: Fillets are sliced the day of processing for precise portions, a silky texture, and clean edges that elevate every bite.
  • Skin-off convenience: Ready to use for sushi, sashimi, nigiri, poke bowls, or lightly seared presentations—no skin/ no bone/ no pin to remove.
  • Flavor and health: Naturally rich in flavor with plentiful omega-3s to complement light sauces, citrus, or soy-based dressings.
  • Cold-chain packaging: Maintains freshness and moisture from processing to delivery

Ideal uses and serving ideas

Perfect for culinary moments that demand sushi-grade seafood at home. Build an elegant sashimi platter, craft precise nigiri, or assemble vibrant poke bowls with cubes of pristine salmon, avocado, cucumber, and sesame-soy dressing. Practical ideas include:

  • Sashimi slices arranged with daikon, shiso, and a touch of wasabi.
  • Uniform nigiri portions atop seasoned sushi rice for a homemade tasting menu.
  • Salmon poke bowls featuring crisp vegetables, citrus, and a light soy-based sauce.
  • Lightly seared portions to enhance aroma while preserving a silky center.

Storage, handling, and best practices

For the best flavor and texture, keep the fillet refrigerated and consume promptly after delivery. Treat it like premium raw seafood: keep it cold, use clean utensils, and prepare with care to preserve its delicate texture.

Note: The fillet is freshly processed in the morning, weighed at that time, and wrapped in dry seafood wrapping paper. During afternoon or evening delivery, there may be a slight weight decrease of about 0.05–0.1 lb due to absorption by the paper.
