Ama ebi, or sweet shrimp, is a popular menu item at sushi restaurants. Our ama ebi  is sashimi-grade quality, ensuring a fresh and authentic taste. Our sweet shrimp is rich in vitamins and minerals, and is suitable for sashimi, sushi topping and salad.

Storage: Store in the freezer at -18°C or below. 

Thawing Instructions

  1. Refrigerator Thawing (Recommended): Place the item in the refrigerator, let it thaw in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
  2. Quick Thaw Method: Place the item in a sealed plastic bag, submerge the bag in cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes.
