How to Cook

Wide Caught Spanish Carabineros is considered one of the finest and most expensive prawns in the world, originating from Spain and Morocco. It is perfect for sashimi, salt grilling, pan-frying, and teppanyaki. The prawn meat is firm, and the head and shell can be used to make soup. In Europe, the red prawn head is often considered a delicacy of the sea.

What makes it most attractive is its sweet, rich prawn flavor, which is 10 times more intense than that of regular wild sea prawns. The most intense prawn flavor can be found in the prawn head, particularly in the prawn brain.

These wild red prawns are free from pollution, nutrient-rich, and have a tender texture. After being caught, they are immediately frozen quickly to preserve their freshness and nutrients.

About 50-60G per piece.
